• Discounted guest room rates (minimum room nights required)
• Available October to May, Sunday through Thursday
• Full on-site venue coordination on the day of the event
• Maximum capacity: 48 guests
• Venue access until 12:00 AM
• Table setup options: rounds of 8 or rectangular group tables
• White chair covers, white tablecloths, and three napkin color options
• Three chair sash color options and three centerpiece display options
• Glassware, wine glasses, white dinnerware, and silverware
• Speakers for background music
• Microphone and 60” TV for photo displays
• Bar service options available
• In-house catering options available
• Fire pit access

Aside from dinner wine, renters are responsible for obtaining a liquor license for the sale or resale of alcoholic beverages. Bar service options include bartender hourly fees, with cups, mixers, and ice services available, or clients may supply their own.
